  • A Title III Amendment must be submitted to IDOE for approval for any line item change of 10% or more or any programmatic change. For more information on Title III - including allocations, non-public equitable share, and user guides, visit the IDOE English Learning webpage or contact englishlearners@doe.in.gov.

    If you are requesting a programmatic change (i.e. changing funds from one PD opportunity to a different one), please go to your approved Title III Application Budget Table and follow the directions found on the “Budget Amendment Directions” tab. Describe what is being changed and why this change is occurring on the "Amendment Narrative" tab. Then, upload the file below.
