    2024-2026 Title III Annual Performance Report (APR)

  • The Title III Annual Performance Report (APR) is required to be submitted by each LEA subgrantee, including those within a consortium. The goal of this report is to provide an update on the Title III programmatic activities during the previous school year. Responses will be compiled for submission on the State of Indiana Consolidated State Performance Report (CSPR) to the US Department of Education.


  • Section I: Title III Language Instruction Education Program (LIEP)

    A Title III language instruction education program is an instruction course:

    1. In which an English learner is placed for the purpose of developing and attaining English proficiency, while meeting challenging State academic content and student academic achievement standards, as required by Section 1111(b)(1);
    2. Makes instructional use of both English proficiency and may include the participation of English proficient children if such course is designed to enable all participating children to become proficient in English and a second language.
